Check in is allowed on April 15th (weather permitting) and any time thereafter. Check out is October 14th.
Anyone not renewing their site rental must have their property removed by October 14th. The site needs to be left in acceptable condition for the next renter to move in.
Fill out an application for approval to build sheds, decks, and fences or to remove trees and brush. Download here.
Rent is renewable every year. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due by October 15th and the balance including GST must be paid in full by March 31st.
Final payment and this application form must be received by March 31st or the camper forfeits the site. Download Lease Agreement Here. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Selling Your Campsite
NEW! Prior to any deals being made, with an outside party, to purchase your site improvements, a “Request Form” must be filled out to advise the committee of your intent to sell your site improvements (this form can be obtained from a Site Improvement & Trailer Sales Committee member or Downloaded Here).
Any deals or sales of your site improvements or trailer made prior to receiving approval from the committee will, without exception, be considered null and void by SLR. Failure to abide by this rule will result in an eviction of the purchaser from the site immediately.
How many campsites are there?
The campground consists of 169 fully serviced seasonal sites.
Public washroom, showers, and laundry facility. Community bill board available.
